ZASLON JSC carries out the full cycle of metalworking according to the customer’s drawings, from workpiece to finishing processing. At the Company’s disposal, there are:

1. WORKPIECE SITE

Equipped with the CosenSH-4030 band saw machine for cutting simple workpieces and the WaterJetSwedenNC 3015 E CNC waterjet machine for more complex products.

2. CNC MILLING AND TURNING MACHINES SITE

It is equipped with milling, turning and turning-milling metalworking centers for 3- and 4-coordinate processing. Among them, there are turning machines HAAS SL-1 and OL-1, turning-milling machines BigliaB545YSb, automatic longitudinal turning machine Nomura NN-16SB6.

This fleet of equipment allows us to manufacture complex products of varying complexity for different industries.

3. LASER CUTTING SITE

It has machines SPML M-20 and TS-300 S 45 to engrave parts and cut non-metallic materials.

4. UNIVERSAL (WITHOUT CNC) MACHINES SITE

5. ELECTROEROSION TREATMENT SITE

Equipped with machines F4732, 1P and model A207 86M – electroerosion cutting machine.

This type of processing is noticeably efficient in working with solid materials and in manufacturing products with complex and individual geometries.

6. SHEET MATERIAL PROCESSING SITE

On the site, cutting and subsequent processing of sheet material is carried out by using the coordinate punching press DPM 1250-2000, as well as bending on the three-roll bending machine RB 10/1.0.

7. WELDING SITE

Performs the following types of welding: semi-automatic, in protective gases and contact welding.

The site also carries out soldering of aluminum with hydrogen and soldering of brass with silver solder.

8. FRAME SITE

Carries out manufacturing frame structures, as well as straightening, drilling and threading.
